Our resource guide committee is chair by George Drapcho from Varbros, a
medium size company with an active wellness program. He is trying to provide to
other employers just starting out a qualified list of wellness service
companies. We are going to list only vendors who have been verified as used by
one of our member companies.
To make it easier for our member companies to participate we will not list the
name of the companies who verify our vendors but give that vendor one star for
each verified company referral. Click

Purpose of this site
This site is being constructed as a tool to aid in the communication between
companies planning worksite wellness activities and the vendors who supply
wellness services. Companies that already have functioning wellness programs are
sharing their experiences by selecting vendors who have performed well at their
worksites. For those who already have established wellness programs, this
information may be useful for review when making annual selections of vendors
for old and new programs.
How to download information form?
When you click Download form to fill out you will be able to download a
Microsoft Word document. When you save the Word document (named form.doc) be
sure to keep track of where it is so you can open it and make your changes with
the text editing program.

What to do once you complete your form?
Once you have filled out the form with your information on the Word document,
save it and email it to the Wellness Council as an attachment to: hsense@en.com.
We will reply when we receive it.
