Thank you for joining the contest. By now you should have received an email from us welcoming you to the contest and letting you know your team number.

When you enter the site for the first time, select "Start a new team." Then select the  May 17th contest. You will be prompted to enter your team number and create your password. Be sure to remember your password for future entries. You will then enter your team's name and each member's name with their start weight and goal weight by clicking on "add a member" and "submit" for each.

Each Friday of the contest a new week will be posted for entry of the past week's exercise days and member weights. You will enter the contest website and click on "Log in and enter data" for all future weekly entries. Data is due each week by Tuesday at noon. For example, if your team begin exercising on Friday, your week will end on Friday. If it starts on Monday, it will end on Monday.
