Congratulations to the teams below:

Team 118 "Born to Lose "

We did a lot of walking, 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Sometimes in a group. We walked stairs and anyplace to increase our activity. We watched what we ate. It is a wonderful time of the year to do it.

Team 114 "Fit Friends "

Our group met on a weekly basis to weigh in and discuss ideas of what we were changing in our diets, exercise, etc. to get our weight off. Some of us met on weekends at the mall and walked anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, others walked at lunch time to get our ½ hour of exercise in. As team leader, I came up with a new recipe each week and brought a sample of the recipe in for everyone to try along with a copy of the recipe. Sometimes it was just a low calorie snack and other times it was a healthy breakfast or lunch for each of us.

Team 220 "Spare Tire"

Our team was able to meet our goals primarily by running but also by eating
healthier. We ran about 15-20 miles per week, even during the bad snow
storms. We have progressed from 3miles per run to greater than 8miles.

Also, we weighed in again today, after a 5 mile run, to confirm our losses.
We were all at or below our final weight.
