Use the following wording in an email to your favorite vendors introducing the online vendor services website and letting them know how they may also be listed.
 

Dear *vendor name*:

Because your organization has supplied services in the past to *my company*, I would like to offer you a listing on the Wellness Council of Northeast Ohio's web site. I, along with the help of seventy other member company representatives of the Wellness Council, am helping to develop an Online Vendor Resource Guide. To get started, we are asking selected vendors to complete a short informational form.

You can download the form from the new online resource website at http://www.healthyohio.org/guide. While there, take a look at what others who have completed the form have done. Joni Wile, from Women's Diagnostic Center, 216-691-6266, email joanne@womenswellnesswagon.com, has posted her company's information at the website and has volunteered to help you if you have any problems.
