$100 Heart Healthy Screening includes:
Resting Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Lipid Profile (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, TC/HDL Ratio, Triglycerides) plus Glucose, Height, Weight, Waist-to-Hip Ratio, Percent Body Fat, and Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire.

 

$75 Fitness Screening includes:
Resting Heart Rate, Height, Weight, Waist-to-Hip Ratio, Percent Body Fat, Muscular Endurance Test, Cardiovascular Endurance (Step Test), Flexibility Test (Sit and Reach), and Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire.
