Organization Description

Work/Life Services is a premier provider of employee assistance programs (EAP), family dependent care services, and other work/life benefits, with a 20-year track record of exceptional service to corporate clients in Northeast Ohio. Our clients, that include over 80 area corporations, may choose from a full menu of traditional and inventive services designed to assist their employees in successfully managing the wide-range of issues that arise both at work and at home. These types of services are an effective tool in increasing productivity, reducing absenteeism and improving job satisfaction and performance. Our corporate clients receive the added benefit of giving something back to our community -- 100% of the net revenue earned by Work/Life Services is contributed back to CFC to support the delivery of superior human services to families and individuals in need.

General Services:

In addition to our well-established employee assistance program (EASE), extensive child and eldercare resource and referral service, and numerous organizational development and wellness programs, Work/Life Services continues to develop and provide many innovative, new services, including:

Online, internet-based child and elder care resource and referral service, which includes a searchable database and links to related information, that may be accessed 24 hours per day/7 days per week from any computer at home or at work

"Kids-to-Go," which provides special programming at the workplace for employees’ children on school holidays, snow days, and Saturdays during corporate "busy" seasons

Back-up and emergency childcare, which provides an established network to help employees when their primary childcare fails

Fees:

Fees are based upon number of employees and program selections. Employee Assistance Services range from $22.00 to $35.00 per employee per year.
