A Pacesetter company makes a public challenge to another team with a fun wager to increase the excitement of the competition. Just like when mayors of competing sports cities wager, it is not the prize but the bragging rights that are important. By publicly making this Pacesetter wager you will help us get the contest going. We can then talk about real teams who will be competing. Because it is such a fun story to tell, we know the media will help us get the word out to the whole community.
