How to enter data

As team Captain it is best that you see the initial weigh in. This will give everyone in the contest assurance that the data has validity. (Winners will be requested to be weighed by the building contact person before contest award.) Once you have everyones' data you can enter it on your password protected webpage by following the instructions below.

Old teams keep their same team number and pasword. To create a web page for a new team, the captain will go to Log in and enter data. Make sure you select the Jan23 contest...  You then enter your team number and password.  A blank webpage like the one above will appear. To enter each member's data, click on the icon, Add a team member at the bottom of the page, put in the first name, last name, starting weight and one pound less for the goal weight. The goal weight does not need to be meet.  Also enter each members email. Then hit "submit." Click on Change Team Name to add the team's name.

When all members and team name are added and the team name is listed, you are finished with the initial data entry. Adding or deleting team members after the first week requires the Contest Director's approval.

Each month Log in and enter data  All you need to do is  Click on the Enter data icon for each member, filling in the current weight.. Click on Submit for each member's update.
